Privacy policy

What we collect

Analytics, if you accept. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and which links are used. It records the pages you view, the rough location derived from your IP address (country and city level), your device, browser and screen size, the page that sent you here, and our own events — mainly of_click, which notes that a “View on OnlyFans” or “All links” button was clicked, for which creator and where on the page, and a note when a creator card scrolls into view. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google Signals, which would link visits to signed-in Google accounts, is switched off for this site.

If you reject, or do not choose. No analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, without an identifier that ties visits together — this is how Google's Consent Mode works.

Server logs. The server that delivers the pages keeps standard access logs: IP address, time, the page requested, the referring page and browser type. They are used for security and fixing faults, not for profiling. Log files are rotated daily and only the 14 most recent are kept; older files are deleted automatically.

Email. If you write to us, we receive whatever your message contains. We use it to answer you and to act on what you asked, and keep it only as long as that takes plus a record that it was done.

We do not sell personal data, do not share it for advertising, and do not run ads on this site.

Cookies

On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. “Accept analytics” and “Reject” are equal choices and the site works the same either way. You can change your answer at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

• _ga and _ga_G8Z6SFMFEE — Google Analytics, set only after you accept. They tell one visit from the next. They expire after up to two years unless you clear them.
• modestonly-consent — stored in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) to remember whether you accepted or rejected, so the banner does not ask again. It is never sent to us.

Clearing cookies and site data in your browser removes all of these. Google also offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics on every site.

Why, and on what basis

• Analytics: to understand which pages and listings are useful, keep the directory accurate and check our ranking signals. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw any time.
• Server logs: to keep the site running and secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in operating the site.
• Email: to answer you and act on what you ask. Basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in handling it.

How long we keep it

Detailed analytics events are kept for two months. Data tied to a Google Analytics identifier is kept for fourteen months from the last visit and then deleted. Totals that cannot identify anyone (for example, how many people opened a page last month) may be kept longer.

Server logs: the 14 most recent daily log files, so in normal running about two weeks.

Who else is involved

Google (Google Analytics) processes analytics data for us under its data processing terms. Google may handle it in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google's standard contractual clauses. Our hosting and email providers process server logs and mail on our behalf. Nobody else receives your data from us.

Links on this site go to other platforms, mostly OnlyFans and creators' own link pages. Once you follow one, that platform's privacy policy applies, not this one.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it or delete it;
• stop or restrict using it, or object to how we use it;
• withdraw consent to analytics — Cookie settings in the footer does this without writing to anyone.

Write to privacy@modestonly.com. We do not ask for identity documents. Analytics data is held under a random browser identifier, not your name or email, so we usually cannot match it to a person; clearing your cookies breaks the link for good.

In the EU, EEA and UK these are your rights under the GDPR, including data portability, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. The law gives us one month to answer.

In California you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, so there is nothing to opt out of; rejecting cookies stops analytics as well. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

If you are a creator listed here

A listing carries your working name, a short description and one photo from promotion you already run publicly. Our basis is a legitimate interest in running a directory of public creator pages, and you can object at any time: the listing comes down, with no verification asked. How that works is on the DMCA and content removal page.

Adults only

This site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if you believe we have, write to us and it will be deleted.

Changes

If what we collect or why changes, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. A change that needs new consent will ask for it through the banner.
