One address takes every notice and every removal request: dmca@modestonly.com. It is read by the person who runs this site, and a notice is acted on within 48 hours.
What this site is, and what it is not
Modest Only is a directory. Every listing exists to point a reader at a creator's own OnlyFans page, and that is where her content lives: we do not host it, mirror it, sell it or stand between a subscriber and her account.
What a listing carries is a short description and one photograph, taken from the promotion a creator already runs publicly herself under her own working name — a public profile, a link hub, a promotional post. Nothing here is material she has kept private, and nothing here is paywalled content lifted out from behind a subscription. Where each listing came from, and why some pages go up before the creator has been asked, is set out in how listings work.
That distinction matters for a notice. If the complaint is about content on a creator's OnlyFans account, OnlyFans is the host and the notice belongs with them. If it is about the page on this site — the photo, the text, the listing itself — this is the right address.
the address of the page on modestonly.com — the URL or the handle is enough;
what on it is the problem: the photograph, the text, the listing as a whole;
a way to reply to you.
We do not ask you to prove who you are. No identity documents, no sworn statement, no notarised declaration, no form to fill in. For creators in this niche that kind of demand is itself a risk, and we are not going to add to it. Write from any address you like; the mail you send is your own record of having asked.
What happens, and when
The inbox is read by the owner of the site, not by a queue or a ticket system, and a notice is acted on within 48 hours of arriving. There is no approval step, no review panel and no counter-offer between your mail and the page coming down: handling is manual on purpose, because the person who can take a page down is the person reading the request.
If 48 hours pass with nothing from us, send the same mail again — a silent inbox is a fault on our side, not a decision.
What removal means here
The listing goes, not just the part complained about: the page, the photograph, the description, the entry in every category and regional list it appeared in, and its line in the sitemap. We keep no public copy anywhere else on the site, and a removed creator's photo or copy is never reused on another page.
The page's address stays reserved permanently. A removed URL is never given to a different creator, so an old link, a bookmark or a cached search result can never resolve to someone else's page. A listing is not re-published unless the creator asks for it back herself.
If you simply want the page gone
You do not need to write the word DMCA, cite a statute or explain yourself. Same address, name the page, say you want it taken down. We do not ask why, and the answer is not conditional on the reason. Corrections work the same way: if the text is wrong, the tag does not fit or the photograph is one you no longer use, say what it should be instead and it changes.
If you believe a page was taken down that should not have been — yours, and removed on someone else's word — write to the same address and say so.
